Illustrator & Designer

Since 2012, I’ve worked as a commercial artist who pursues lively, confident, story-driven imagery. I love to portray people, places, organizations, and experiences with bold personality and gusto!

My work has appeared in The New York Times, on NPR.org, and in Johns Hopkins Health Review, among other national publications. I’ve also collaborated with agencies like FINE (digital brand designers) to bring a hand-drawn, human touch to brand storytelling. From 2022 to 2025, I served as lead graphic designer at Utah’s Visual Art Institute, where I continue to contribute illustration and design work to advertise their vibrant fine arts programs.

Making themed surface patterns and large-scale illustrations for interiors is something I love doing for clients, and for myself. Our home is a living sketchbook! I draw and paint constantly — on the walls, furniture, and even floors of various rooms in our house.

I’m a graduate of Pacific Northwest College of Art in Portland, Oregon and moved back to my native Utah in 2012. Outside of visual art, I love to learn about history, languages and music, and share those interests with my family. I enjoy traveling with my husband, taking our kids to museums and zoos, and spending time in the mountains and lakes near our home.
